Train the Trainer
We offer Train the Trainer courses in Oral Care for all Care home types mentored by dental care professionals.
We train people that have never trained before to experienced trainers.
We finished the training it was very practical, clear and well presented. We felt is what we needed.
Helped clarify thoughts and put some ideas that will be in place soon. We even had a mini brainstorming to train staff, improving their awareness and performance."

THE COURSE is comprehensive without being complex in detail to cover and reach the oral care needs of your care home/s. The aim is for your trainer to deliver oral care training in an interesting fun way with thought-provoking questions, interactive case scenarios and a practical section, all which is optional depending on how your trainer prefers to deliver training.
The allocated trainer will be given a booklet (at home study book) which he/she will be assessed on the training day. She/he will spend the day with one of our dental care professionals/trainers who will go through the training material and will be expected to deliver a 10mins micro-teaching session on the training day.
